UNDERSTANDING AUCTION TYPES
At our auctions, we cater to different needs by offering two primary formats: Reserve and Absolute auctions. Each type comes with its own unique set of rules that affects how items are sold and the bidding process. Knowing the difference between these auction types can help you make informed decisions, whether you are buying or selling.
RESERVE AUCTIONS
In a reserve auction, the seller sets a confidential minimum price, known as the reserve price. If bidding does not reach this reserve, the seller is not obligated to complete the sale. This type of auction provides sellers with the flexibility to protect the value of their asset.

For real estate purchases, we require a 30-day closing period. This ensures that all necessary documentation and transactions are completed in a timely manner for a smooth handover.

We currently do not offer shipping for items; however, this service is coming soon. All items bought online must be picked up within 5 days of the auction's end. Please plan accordingly for timely pickup at our designated location.
Payment Options
Payments can be made by calling our office at 540-599-2065 with your card information or in person at pickup by cash or card. We aim to make the payment process easy and convenient for all our buyers.
